What’s normal wood variation versus a defect?
Grain variation, subtle color differences, and small character marks are natural characteristics of real wood. Structural issues or damage are not. If a manufacturing defect occurs within one year, we’ll make it right.
How do I clean and care for it?
Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners, excess moisture, and prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight to preserve the finish.
